The way that this is commonly done is by advertising things such as toys to get kids encourage their parents to buy cheap junk food. The focus of the child is on the toy but they are inevitably consuming a mass amount of junk food. I felt like this is a good stand alone photo and that the story or concept would be too played out if a second photo was included where with one photo I think that the concept is explained fully while keeping an air of nuance.
